If you are switching from another provider (Dedicated server, VPS, Reseller Hosting or Shared hosting), we will be happy to assist you with your initial migration process and get you situated.
- Please note the followings:
- Only Cpanel to Directadmin and Directadmin to Directadmin migration is supported.
- Contents are transferred as it is. While we may offer initial guidance with basic software level updates, end users are responsible to ensure software level settings are properly configured (internal settings such as ftp login, config file updates, mail server change etc.)
- Must provide us with the latest Cpanel or Directadmin account backup.
- For Shared Hosting: 1 account migration per active service.
- For Reseller Hosting: Up to 100 account migration is included within the first 30 days of signup. After that, up to 20 account migration is included per month for no additional cost. Anything more then that will be billed at the rate of $5/10 account (one time fee).
- For Self-managed VPS services:
- Eligible plans:
- VPS-2G and above.
- vDedi-1C and above.
- ENTRY-4G and above.
- Inter-4G and above.
- Must signup with at least 6 months commitment.
- VPS must be setup with Directadmin and supported operating system (Centos/Debian).
- We will perform the initial "basic" setup for you. Which only includes quick default installtion and basic LAMP setup. This doesn't include securing your service or optimizing OS stack. If you require assistance with complete setup and optimization, please consider purchasing our Management Service and let an expert take care of the backend for you.
- Up to 15 account migration is included for no additional cost, within the first 5 days of signing up. Anything more then that will be billed at the rate of $5/10 account (one time fee).
- Eligible plans:
- For managed VPS services: Up to 100 account migration is included within the first 30 days of signup. After that, up to 20 account migration is included per month for no additional cost. Anything more then that will be billed at the rate of $5/10 account (one time fee).
