My VPS is not turning back on

If your VPS refuses to start after powering off, please follow the steps below :

  • Log into MyManagemntPanel
  • Navigate to "Settings" - "Settings"
  • Ensure boot order is set as : 1)Hard Disk 2) CD Drive
  • Unmount any iso by ensuring : Select iso = none.
  • Save configuration
  • Press the start button after the popup box closes.

If you VPS still fails to restart after that, please open a support ticket :)
